It's more than a building, it is coverage. If you eliminate the 1st division, then what? Where will the division be based? I've been told, SPECIFICALLY, that there is no room in HQ for a patrol division, so? We really need a downtown only division, the area to the west of downtown should be in a different division. For the record, I live just barely in the 2nd Division, so I have no dog in the fight to preserve the 1st Division, but I do believe for the sake of logical boundaries, the old 6th Division
