Constable indicted in shooting of alleged shoplifter

That photo was taken from Walmart cameras of the Whitlock incident using his .380 pistol. Good to see the camera caught his SLIM side and it shows the fact Ortiz did not run over his foot as he was a good 3-4 from the vehicle at the time. Whitlock has always been just a monkey with a gun! LMFAO!
