Mr. Mayor....you only see a very small (-5%) side of the police department. White wasn't liked because he couldn't connect with the officers and he made some stupid statements in his tenure. Gentry is not liked by some because she speaks her mind...and miserable people don't like strong leaders. She is NOT Bob White! Ask a few of the guys who were facing termination about her. They are still here! Maybe take a look at the flip side and realize that whoever is chief or mayor, you should be out there
