Merit board reduces suspension of officer who ticketed 7-year-old

In reality, they are 2 different posters and people that have posted here over time. In the past week or so, it seems the same impostor/troll has been posting using both of their names and posting all sorts of instigating things that don't line up with the kinds of things they normally post. The poser has been using all sorts of inappropriate language and childish insults while posting under their names. It's super mature and productive.
