A good sergeant should advise radio that a division is at minimums or is in the weeds. Cars can be sent from areas that are not overly busy if need be. Or do like narcotics, homicide, robbery, transport your own (unless they are fighting of course, then bring my cage for the animal). But if it is because they want to write a blue million citations to meet the OT quota, then not my problem.
