Ok I will help a brother out. Maybe he sucks because crime in his division has more than tripled since he took over and he is doing absolutely nothing about it except having his Flex platoon work burglaries while he still has 3 traffic guys that only answer to a Lt and don't take runs or accidents. If you live in the 7th you would have to say he sucks. Nice guy personally but has absolutely no business attempting to lead a division.

Ever see where the Sgt parking and Lt parking signs are in his division lot? Well the prior major had them moved away fro the door so the OFFICERS could park closer. His very FIRST day he had his Major Parking sign placed in the closet spot to the door.
