I figure your a major or above to come up with your comments or part of the command problem we have now. I am part of the rank and file and I have no respect for any of the people in the puzzle palace downtown. They could care less about the rank and file all they care about is their overpayed salaries and whose as s they have to kiss to keep their positions. I hope this mayor puts someone in who has enough sense to clean house.
