The problem is, yes, his actions were already made public, but Chapman kept calling him a convicted felon, and unfortunately, legally, he isn't one. He should have been, and had Stengel not wimped out, he would have been, for he is not a convicted felon. I cringed every time I heard it because I knew this was coming. Come on, PIU, get him charged so we can get him convicted, and get this jackanapes OUT OF AN OFFICE he should never have been in in the first place.
