EMS employee addresses Metro Council about contract dispute

You can rant and rave about pay all you want to. I wish I was making alot more too. Let me tell you something about the Police depts in this city especially LMPD. You will never make what you should, because they don't care if you stay or leave. So best of luck with trying to catch up with the rest of the cities our size BECAUSE IT AIN"T GONNA HAPPEN IN THIS STATE, so quit bitchin about it. If you want a raise get your education, the city will help reimburse and become a doctor or lawyer. You knew what the pay was when U TOOK THE JOB. I like most others didn't take it for the pay. You can at least work part time and make all you want.
