Former KSP Commissioner Ishmon Burks named interim LMPD chief

I wonder if it is possible Burks might get the command staff's frame of mind in the right dorection? With regards to the Officers and thier families.

The just seem so nasty toward the rank and file. It is clearly obvious they (the command) have no respect for them.
