Turn the tables, if it was a "white" chief, and one of his "white" buddies went from Sgt. to Lt. Col. in just three years, YOU would be screaming Racism all the way to the press!

This is not a race issue. There were several black female Lt.s with More experience, that Gentry passed right up to the top.
