Speaking of "Circulating" I hope LMPD officers and their families will write the SPI and member of Council to try to change the "leadership" culture of the police department. Got back examples of leaders, favoritism, sexism, krony-ism, let others know about it. Pick a leader who cares about the department not a high-three, more power/prestige, or who is using LMPD as a stepping stone. Here's an idea; send SPI questions you would like to ask each candidate.
