‘Captain Cannabis’ rendering is circulating inside the Denver Police Department

I am former LPD and I can tell you that is not the way it is. I work with some great former County officers who have no problem working with former LPD either. Just remember we (LPD /County) are getting fewer and fewer each month. The department is about 67% post merger now. The majority of the department has less than 9 years of service under their belt. The people who say this crap have no idea what reality is and are the ones keeping the old sterotype alive.
