VIDEO OF ANOTHER CONSTABLE INVOLVED SHOOTING.... OMG! - SHOTGUN I just saw a video of another Constable involved shooting involving Stepehs and Whitaker. I wanted to pull it and put it on YouTube, but there is a crime being committed here and I don't want to deal with police by re-posting it. This could have been fatal!
