I emailed both Mayor Fischer and County Judge Executive Matthews. I asked each of them if they or their office has 'Approved' Whitlock to deputize others. Per KRS, this is the only way he has authority to do so. If they both answer 'no', my next call will be to the Commonwelath's Attorneys Office to ask for prosecution, then to the media outlets to inform them of the Police Impersonators in our midst. I will continue until something is done! I'm retired now (from LMPD) so I'll 'stir the pot'. I
