True story: I made a run about a year ago in which a young (early 20's) female was concerned because she kept getting messaged on Facebook by a guy claiming to have papers or something to serve her. He had also been to her residence and left his business card in her door. Turns out the guy was "Major" Timothy Gaddis of the JCCO.
