This picture finally solves the 'where have I seen this guy...' for me! A year ago or so I was at the zoo and saw a fat doofus walking around in a plaid shirt and jean shorts with a gun hanging off his belt and a big goofy gold badge on his belt. I called dispatch and let them know, and gave a description of the guy- the badge looked fake to me. I took no further action since I was there off duty and with my family.
