You can't win as a Chief because if you please half of the department, your going to **** off the other half. Mayor! you need to get rid of Dennis Sims, he is part of the reason that moral is so low. He constantly takes away tools that good officer use to make good arrest. The command staff bullies you for stats, then hangs up for ANYTHING you do wrong. You can't have it both way, either let the police take back the streets or, let crime go threw the roof.. I'm not a fan of Chief White, but he can't
