It's always about race friend. Nobody walks around yelling they are racist. You can only tell it by the spew that comes their mouth. Sad thing is they think Blacks are too slow to pick on it. Just face it, the idea of a Black police chief is too much for you. Those people are intellectually inferior and are corrupt by nature.
