James Adams also had HUNDREDS of cases that were not dismissed. Do you know how many times a week cops can go to court on top of doing their regular jobs? He makes all of his important cases. He had legitimate reasons for not making some of thoses cases. (Illness being one of them from what I was told.). He also is responsible for putting some very big drug dealers out of business and in jail for a lot of years and has a great reputation on the department for not only being well liked but also a very good cop. No what you are speaking about before you speak. Do the research. Why are you so interested in him? Friend of the drunk girl maybe? The Bearden lady killed herself. I am sick of hearing about her. She was a drunk driver who pulled out in front of him while texting. Sorry - you fail. James Adams is one of the good guys.

Chief White is not well liked by most of the department so you probably won't see much support here for him. His son should suffer the same consequences as anyone would.

First....no detective in narcotics has or would be able to make a DUI go away....make something better up. Second, how did this turn into talking about Jimmy Adams. He is a good cop, person and man and lives with what happend everyday. Guarantee anyone he wishes it never happend, an unfortunate accident, factors on both sides caused this to happen. Just a total tragedy and sad. He will never get over it or sleep well because of it, get off his ***. Let the family alone, they will always suffer. He missed some court cases like everyone else, most of the court crap was blamed on the police, when it was the court systems fault for being antiquated in processing cases, subpoenas, slimy attorneys, but the police took the hit and blame. Oh and by the way, Daddy won't make this disappear, son is a grown man, officially charged and will face his day in court. The funny thing is he will get the same breaks any thug would get in court, just like the guy that just beat the 3yr old to death, in and out of jail on felony charges to include murder and some of the chumps on this site will claim he was taken care of because he is the chiefs son. Go figure. If you are the police or related to police and get the same deal as anyone else, people will claim you got a break.

A lot of you people are pathetic. Talking about the traffic accident and or making the malicious statements towards both the officer and the girl involved or her family. Whether you are a citizen posting or a police officer, it just is not right. If you are police saying those things you are embarrassing all who do the job. If you are a citizen, you too should be embarrassed. We can only hope that good people realize and do not classify the police as all the same. Unfortunately, we have idiots working in law enforcement and in the private sector who have no class.
