You are a idiot. You need to watch the video a little bit closer. The cop runs up to the suspect with his hand up and grabs the suspect by the throat first. Then 2, lets count them 2 cops cant take this young man down so the first cop uses his flashlight. And still they cant take him down. The department needs to stop hiring these college guys who have never been in a fight in their lives. These officers are scared and that is all to it!
