Sorry you are having a rough time with your 'spatchers. I guess I am lucky - the dispatchers on my primary are generally excellent. I agree that call takers sometimes give cryptic info/or lack thereof. They don't have an easy job though; micromanaged just like us. Go down and meet them and talk to 'em - maybe you can make it better. and yes: T.A. has done some silly crap. (lets call a city wrecker for my broken personal car! LMAO)
