Louisville settles police sexual-harassment case for $50,000

I/m an old city guy and I'll tell you now that one of the best beat partners I ever had was a county guy ( although he was a Atlanta Braves fan, but I forgave him.). I rode in the west end most of my career and when we shut down most of our projects ( Cotter, etc..) a good chunk moved to park hill and beecher but an even larger group moved out south of 264 and we ended up dumping our city trash on them.. Now most of them have have formed new alligances and forgotten old transgressions and are working together and if this department is to survive ( let alone prosper ) I think tthat we should also.. most of those who were old city / old county are gone now and WE ALL have to admit that both sides were screwed up in thier own ways but that is past, let it go, it"s history and it's time to start writing your own history and how you will be judged in 15-20 yrs. It's YOUR time now, make it count.
