The 4th is not running great. I dont see any officer leaving being a coward. Why should they stay and work in that slump while they can go to another Division and not have the headaches & drama which is going on in the 4th. And yes, Kraeszig does have one of the best districts, her nor Steimle is leader. If we lead by the example then everyone would be in trouble with this bunch, just look at Kit Steimle's disciplinary record. Now that's something to brag about. Kit's trying hard patting himself
