trust me.... no on in Homicide, robbery or anyone else in major crimes asked for it.... JT Duncan gets all the homicide, robbery crime tips and they are told to call when they have a wanted.....but with only 28 murders you have only been called a few times to go look for someone....several suspects turned them self in, others were murder suicides and domestics......with a 50% clearance rate u have looked for about 6-7 suspects this year....... excuses excuses excuses......
