Ok, so because she is a female and "SHE WAS IN HIS OFFICE", so she was trying to make him send her text messages and emails. Maybe she did want to be a detective, does that mean that when a male officer goes in Harper's office trying to get a new position, they are looking for it too.

They should never have been in the same division to start with. Harper knew very well she was there and could have said something about it being a bad idea. It was a bad command decision and they paid for it.
