Louisville settles police sexual-harassment case for $50,000

Because they got the apology they said they wanted. I was told by Burns it was never about the money.

Ugh! Still puzzled and still not claiming sides, just puzzling.

They have a Pro like T. Clay who wins and has won more lawsuits against the city than anybody.

T Clay would never settle for this chump change, likely more facts came out than fiction that prompted his closure. He is that smart of a guy and most of us know that.

No one buys the, considering involved parties that $$$ was not the motivation or an apology was wanted.

A case like the one claimed if credible would have been settled for a lot more or ended up in trial.

We all have seen the citys stance on cheaper to settle than to pay for the cost of a trial whether it could be won or not.

So again, still puzzled, no sides taken, just considering all of what has been claimed, said and rumored about that does not add up.
