If true, then it is still prosecutable as a felony, since it would be theft. Didn't they go after another sgt for doing off duty, while on duty?

wasnt true. Just embellishments. Do yuo really thinmk that if they had evidence of a crime, they wouldnt do him in? tHINK ABOUT IT.. Hewas no more golden than anyone, so put two n two together! Geeeezz
