CONSPIRACY: Man allegedly planned to kill two J-town police officers

What are police suppose to do with all the evidence they had against this animal? Wait until he pulls the trigger of an AR before we take action? I know citizens want us to be strictly "reactive", but I don't mind if some good police work prevents a cop being killed. Good Work J-town PD and everyone else who assisted!
