CONSPIRACY: Man allegedly planned to kill two J-town police officers

SOME PEOPLE SHOULD KEEP THEIR COMMENTS TO THEIR SELF WHEN THEY DONT EVEN KNOW THE WHOLE STORY HE ISNT AN ANIMAL BUT A TROBLED YOUNG MAN

Just because the guy is "troubled" doesn't mean he needs to be coddled. You clearly have no concern for the officers that are out to protect you (while risking their lives), but would rather defend the actions of an animal. I'm tired of someone's mental issues being an excuse for inexcusable behavior. Lock him away for as long as the laws allow.

Did he follow through...NO!!! Did anyone get hurt...NO!!! How can he get punished for something he just talked about. I mean he did nothing but get frustrated and vent. You can't honestly call him an animal. He just needs some help. If you quit worrying about petty stuff such as frustrated people, you'd be able to actually help someone. Wasn't that your goal when you joined your department???
