For 30 years I've watched this police dept go down hill. There was a time when we were a family and watched each others back. No one bad mouthed the police because we stuck together. Officers now can't really be trusted because the puzzle palace has put fear in them ( don't say I'm a liar) because you know it's the truth. I've went from seeing a chief and command staff walking into a district or division once a month to once every 5 years. I haven't seen half the new majors or command and probaby
