I have posted in the past that Robert White does not run this department, (DS) does. Chief White is the fall guy, a figure head, a puppet, Hey! i would be your puppet to for a six figure paying job to make some cameo appearances to look like an ***. The white man and his buddies (the good old boys) run this department, and always will, i will give yall that, but give a ***** a break, that is what you think of my kind (who is black). Some of you, and let me clear up "SOME OF YOU". I speaking of the ones who go home at night and think that everybody on the department that is black should not be working beside you, and use the word ***** three time in a hour when your home with your family.. So it will alway be inconsistency in disciplinary based on the color of your skin, or if the good old boys like you. CM, you will be fine, don't you worry, the good old boy like you, they are lining up to bat for you. JH, good luck! you r going to need it... Chief! sense the safety director position job didn't work out, give it up, and retire, or take a page out of there book on how to take care of your own.. i hope my post didn't offend anyone, that was not the intent, but if you were, you might need to evaluate yourself.
