I will back up Malcolm any day, any time. The stuff he has been disciplined for is stupid little policy stuff- he's a HELL of a cop! I've worked with him for years. The CO's 'let this stuff go' because it's petty, and he WORKS. Any cop will tell you, if you're working and doing you're job, you're going to make mistakes and get complaints. He's an FTO because he knows what being a cop is about and has a lot to pass on to new guys.
