Man arrested after shooting at Louisville cop

If that is happening I can assure you nobody at Taylor puts that in their heads. They get preached to about backing each other up and fellow ofcs... No matter what badge they wear. If there are a few that have done that then maybe those guys have character flaws that were missed through the process. Hopefully it's not that common. Stay safe!

I don't think much has changed. I've been around 15 years now and it was present during the beginning, middle, and later stages of my career. There are good cops who despite the danger or "inconvenience" will back each other up and there are bad ones that only think of themselves and their next "move". I had a great beat partner and a great shift for a long time but it was always evolving. People came and went and I always had to adjust. When my beat partner left I never found the same groove and eventually moved on. Now I'm in a support position and it's just the same. I work with a few good ones and a few turds as well. People come and go and I make the best of it, I love what I do and I hope the turds move on soon.
