Claude Prather, former district judge, dies at 71

My sorrows and grief go to Judge Prather's family. He was a good man, who lived a good life who took his oath of office seriously. I didn't always agree with his decisions, but the were fair and impartial. And that is how a judge is supposed to be. I hope St Michael provides him an escort and that he be able to sit at a the bench of peace and happiness.
