Fired Louisville Metro Police officer reinstated by chief

If you worked for Jeffersontown and took a job with LMPD then I feel sorry for you. Hey donkey, I worked for the city before there was a Fourth Division and worked in the 4th District and the 4th Division. You young rookies have no idea what's going on here. I was a patrolman and detective in both before getting promoted to sergeant. There are nothing but a bunch of back stabbing upper command staff members on this department who get mad when they don't get their numbers right on every Thursday so they make them up. The chief is so dumb he doesn't even know when he is being bull S...... by his staff. Doubt me then come to a compstat meeting on any given Thursday. This is no place to make a career unless you bury your head under the sand and keep your mouth shut so as not to **** off the command, or make sure that you kiss their A... every day. This ain't my first rodeo nor my first major city to work in, so I know what I am talking about. You should hear some of the tapes and videos I have of the command staff talking about the rank and file at Compstat and other places. Always keep a recorder with you, because they always do too!!
