Unless I'm missing something this was copied from a post on our website: I see two keys points. It was ruled UNFAIR and STOP IMMEDIATELY. Repayment of what was taken to be negotiated. It does not say the fee is to be negotiated. The fee must stop. The cabinet ruled July 7 that the city would have to negotiate through a police union contract any fees associated with officers taking cars home. That ruling said the city must "immediately" stop charging the fees — $100 per month, or $160 per month
