great post. the only thing is I don't think it will go to litigation/ They negotiated with us in good faith as thed courts told them to do. I think if we don't take it ( which is a good deal ) it will open it up for them to charge more and limit the use. At least everyone is locked in until 2013 so we know what is going to happen. Someone else posted the question of which cost will they go by? there is the pump price and then there is the fleet price that they pay which is less.
