I agree with the vote yes. This is a decent enough deal and there is nothing to complain about here. However, keep in mind that the car program has no additional value to a big part of the department. Not everyone benefits from them. (and personally I wouldn't put my kid in the backseat of one if you paid me .) Practically all of us benefit from the Health Insurance though.
