If we vote no to this, I don't think it even needs to go back to court. The court stated metro goverment needed to negotiate in good faith. They did this. If we vote no to it I think they could go ahead and start charging us what they want to and NO COURT would listen to us state we were wronged. It is over. We can either go with the tennative agreement or chance it and loose. I for one will be voting to get my money back and handle my off duty as needed.
