Do you hear yourself? Do you know anyone in state government. Beshear is furloughing people and laying people off. Look around the country. Times are tough. People can't just sit back and not participate in their future. We have to work with THIS mayor. The last one didn't give a damn and I hope the people of Kentucky will see that. Take you conspiracy theory somewhere else comrade, it doesn't wash in the face of reality and common sense.
