Seems to me that Jerry has finally won. This thread has turned into a cage full of hampsters eating their young. A very shrewd political move. Place the burden of a fee on those that work off duty and give those that do not the privelige of using the cars for free. I was suprised at how quickly we turned on each other on this issue. Now we will be forever divided as the fee continuously rises and with no solidarity on the issue from the members its ony a matter of time. Wait and see.
