Really, you know FOR A FACT, that if she hadnt been texting, the accident never would have happened?

do tell, what amazing supernatural powers do you have to make such a statement?

youre also saying that if she wasnt drunk the accident never would have happened, as if people have never once had an accident where they pulled in front of someone else sober?

The simple truth is, that accident could easily have happened to anyone sober, because it is very easy to misjudge someone coming at you AT NEARLY TWICE THE LIMIT.

there is only ONE thing that can be said would have DEFINITELY not caused the accident, and that is if the pig wasnt breaking the law by committing a crime.

both people could have chosen not to drive, but only one CAUSED the accident. the fact that she HAD made it as far as she did without wrecking indicates that she was functionally 'able' to drive, tho not justified in doing so.
