That requires dealing with reality, he does not want to do that.....he hates the Police. Period

Yeah, trust other cops who tried everything they could to pile on a dead girl.

Lets analyze this point by point.

1 if she had not been drinking, is there a guarantee the accident would NOT have happened? No.

2 if she'd not been texting (if she really was), is there a guarantee that the accident would NOT have happened? No

3 If the cop had not been doing almost double the speed limit, is there a guarantee the accident would NOT have happened? ABSOLUTELY

Those are the facts of the case.

How this officer offends me, is the arrogance with which he blatantly disregarded the law, that sets the speed limit at 45. The impunity with which all of you operate, because of the rule that you are above the law. The repeated claims that immunity from traffic laws, (et al) is nothing more than 'a job perk'.
