FACT: even if she wasnt drunk, or anything else youre saying, there is no logical reason to believe she wouldnt have still been in the accident.

FACT: If the a$$hole cop WASNT speeding almost double the limit, it WOULD NOT have happened.

you dont have to be drunk to pull in front of someone doing double the speed limit.
