So what your saying is, before the wreck he was doing the speed limit, accelerated to 82.9 to try to avoid her, then braked from 82.9 to 56 mph at impact? If he had enough time to accelerate from 45 to 82.9 and then brake from 82.9 to 56 mph wouldn't it have been easier to just brake from 45 mph and he would have miss her?. So unless he was already going at a high rate of speed (60 mph plus, or driving some kind of super accelerating vehicle) your story doesn't add up. The fact is, they are both
