It was an accident. The black box showed an acceleration rate that was increasing for him to try to go around her. Point of impact was 56 miles per hour. He realized that he was going to hit her no matter what and hit the brakes - also on the black box. This should have never even gone to the grand jury. Her family is a pathetic piece of sh...t for suing when they let her drive drunk in their vehicle. She wentby her boyfriends after the party and they were headed out to drink MORE at Molly Malinda when she changed her mind to go hone instead. Drunk drivers make me sick.
