I don't have a problem with the people getting the OT like that because they worked for every bit of it, which is time away from home. They aren't bringing every bit of that home, either, remember. Units with constant call-outs and stuff that happens beyond their control (outside of their regular shift, I mean) can't do anything about the amount of OT they are seeing. It's not like it's shady on their part.
