The girl getting killed was tragic, but yes u do have to exercise due regard. Adam's didn't. The girl was drunk, meaning.......she was at fault. The whole situation is sad for all parties involved. But although the girl was drunk, and made a fatal mistake, she was still someone's daughter, sister, friend etc. Adam's whole stance on this issue has been very narcissistic and the typical "I'm a cop, I can do what I want." The problem in today's society is is that SOME, not all, police officers think
