My two cents is that the situation is tragic. But, the situation is that a young woman was allowed to drink and drive. Whether it was Adams or someone else that came along, they had a drunk driver turn in front of them and an accident would have occured. Would it have been fatal at lower speeds? Maybe, maybe not. Depends on restraints, point of impact, reactions to force, etc. I am sure we have all seen fatal accidents at low speed impact. Is a 30 day no pay suspension too severe? Depends. Are these
